]]> All Secondary students (7th through 11th grade) and adults can order Scholar Sweaters.  They will be the official Academy wear.  Anyone who letters in Academics or Athletics will be able to wear their letter on the Scholar Sweater.  These vintage rugby sweaters are made from thick durable cotton, the same weight as standard Rugby shirts.  We are working with a local vendor for adding letters and names when needed.  The sweaters are available for $70 which is an amazing price.  The next lowest price I could find was $150 for a light weight sweater with no embroidery.  Standard letter sweaters run from $200 – $400.  The Scholar Sweater can be worn by any secondary student of the Academy as well as all staff, faculty, and parents.  The $70 price only applies to the first order.  All order thereafter will be $90 a piece.  I encourage everyone to order as this will greatly enhance our presence at any event, conference, or gathering as well as being a great keepsake for your student.  If you have any questions please call me at 864-6611.  The first order deadline will be Friday April 19.

]]> Drive For The Future Party Packet Night

Mark your calendars! Our DFTF Party Packet Kickoff is on March 21st at 5:30pm. This is our Spring Fundraiser which is our 5th annual letter driven event. All CCA families are required to attend. CCA will provide all the event materials. This will be a pot faith for the whole family. There will be child care provided while parents fill out their fundraising letters.
We are requesting that the families bring the item assigned according the list below. Also, please bring your address books so you have all the information necessary to address the letters to your family and friends. This year your packet will include pre-addressed labels of your family’s previous donors. If you have extra wallet sized pictures of your child, these are nice to include with your letters.

I believe in the Truth and authority of the Bible.  I believe each child has the right to feel loved, safe, and above all to be taught that there is hope in Jesus Christ.  In 1 Peter 3:15 it tells us to “always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you.”  I believe that is why God has given me this opportunity to work at CCA.

This is an excellent chance to make a difference in the lives of many as well as making a significant impact on our community.
